OVERVIEW:
Making Payments with PayPal
PayPal's
secure online Payment Service requires free Personal Account
registration. Your email address is your PayPal ID. You are
not required to give any bank account information unless you
wish to have a "Verified" account. Personal and cc
details do not come to us.
1)
Register at www.PayPal.com (Choose
"International Signup" if not in U.S.)
2) Login to PayPal
3) Click on "Send Money"
4) When form page comes up, type in "Mail1@Upsoar.com"
as party to send money to
5) In "Amount to Send" blank, type
in $_____ (stated
Price plus Shipping/Handling fee)
6) In "Type" blank, select
"Goods (Other)"
7) In "Note" blank, type in (a)
Name or # of book and (b) Recipient's full name/address
8) Submit and follow to your onscreen confirmation.
We
will receive instant notification that you have made payment.
The book(s) will then be
acquired or, if listed in our stock, shipped to you or Gift
Recipient immediately.
NOTE:
Should you have any difficulty in making PayPal payment,
immediately email us at
Mail1@Upsoar.com
and we will send you a "Money Request" from our
PayPal account -- this seems to overcome the resistance a few
clients have encountered when registering.

Alternately,
International or U.S. Domestic credit/debit card payments may be made
through
www.AlertPay.com, the
Canadian-based online payment service (Certified by FDIC). AlertPay
signup and payment methods are quite similar to those of PayPal
given above. You may request an AlertPay billing invoice from us, or
just click on Send Payment for book cost plus shipping (below) to
our AlertPay ID, which is "Mail1@Upsoar.com".

Payment
may
also be made by PERSONAL CHECK or
MONEY ORDER (US Buyers only).
Please send book title(s) wanted and your mailing address to
Mail1@Upsoar.com.
Shipment
will take a
few days longer than if paying by the payment services above, as
checks will need
to be received and cleared.

Shipping/Handling
Charges: U.S. Media Mail $4.00 first
book, Optional priority mail $7.00. CANADA & INTERNATIONAL: U.S.
Priority International Post ($24.00/lb.) -- No surface mail
available internationally, as Customs time is prohibitive.
INSURANCE of items is available on request. Shipping for exceptionally heavy books
is slightly higher.
Returns
Policy: Our inhouse
out-of-print or used books, if not sold as New, may be returned within
10 days if not as described for a Full Refund less shipping
charges. The item must be in condition received and should be returned
only after you have (1) emailed us describing how the book is at
variance from our description and (2) we have emailed you an Authorization
To Return. For books we have located for you but sold by
other bookdealers and purchased by you based on their descriptions, we
cannot offer inhouse refunds, but will within 5 days of your receiving
a not-as-described book send you dealer contact and invoice
information, though any refund granted by the dealer would be less
service and shipping charges.
